In 2023 I was invited to create three Anglo-Sazon characters – a merchant, a weaver and a thegn – for the British Museum Samsung Digital Learning programme. The characters had to feature artefacts from the museum collection, such as the combs, shoulder clasps and jewellery worn in the image of the weaver (above).
